Carsem provides a full range of MLP testing services including test program/hardware development for RF, Mixed-Signal, Digital and Power devices. We have developed a socket and handler solution for every package in our MLP family including difficult to test RF devices. We currently test more than 50% of the MLP packages we assemble and, due to our superior performance, the percentage of turn-key test has been increasing significantly.
