CARSEM RECEIVES SKYWORKS SOLUTIONS 2007 SPECIAL RECOGNITION AWARD FOR LIFETIME PARTNERSHIP

Scotts Valley, CA January 31, 2008 - Carsem, a leading provider of turnkey packaging and test services to the semiconductor industry, announced today that it has received the 2007 Special Recognition Award for Lifetime Partnership from Skyworks Solutions, Inc.

The Lifetime Partnership Award is given to a single supplier with whom Skyworks has done business with for over ten years. It recognizes the collective long-term partnership, alignment in product development, and pursuit of perfect quality between Skyworks and its chosen supplier.

During its Supplier Day ceremony held on January 10, 2008, Dave Aldrich, President and CEO of Skyworks, and Rick Dion, Director of Global Sourcing and Logistics for Skyworks, announced the award winners in various categories. The Lifetime Partnership award was presented to Greg Johnson, Carsem's Vice President of North America Sales. Bruce Freyman, Skyworks' Vice President of Worldwide Operations, Francisco Buitron, Skyworks' Vice President of Supply Chain Worldwide Operations, Tom Parrott, Carsem's General Manager of New Business Development and Mike Correia, Carsem's Sales Account Manager were also in attendance.
