Process Engineering Manager
This position reports to the Operations Manager
Key responsibilities:
Defined responsibilities for FOL Engineering.
Manage a team of Engineers and Technicians towards continuous improvement
for yield, cycle time, cost, quality and reliability.
Interact with customers on quality, yield improvement on quality and engineering
build.
Ensure customers satisfaction by resolving issues on product specifications,
material problems and other processes.
Supporting manufacturing by resolving process issues on daily basic
process engineering.
Engineering Degree with a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience in the semiconductor industry.
Related work experience in EOL Engineering is a strong advantage. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well with people. Exposure in a team-based continuous improvement culture is an added advantage.
