FALAB Section Head/Senior Engineer
This position reports to the FALAB Manager

Key responsibilities:
  Carry out FA & reliability testing and prepare technical reports.
  Supervise a team of technicians on failure analysis work and
      reliability testings.
  Coordinate reliability testing activities leading to a product
      qualification
  Manage data reporting and keep track of department performance.
  Ensure equipment upkeep through periodic preventive maintenance.

Requirements:
  Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Microelectronics, Physics or Material Science.
  Minimum 5 years related experience in a semiconductor environment.
  Knowledge of FA and reliability testing equipment - SEM/EDX, C-SAM,
      liquid crystal analysis, autoclave, temperature cycling, solder reflow, etc.
  Good knowledge of wafer fabrication and package assembly is an advantage.
  Familiar with industrial specifications for reliability testing - JEDEC, Mil-std.
  Good communication skills in English, analytical and a team player.
