Test Development Manager
Reporting to the Test Strategic & Development Manager,
you will provide all aspects of RF/mixed signal test development activities.

Key responsibilities:

  Develop test solutions for new products & processes and lead a team of Test
      Development Engineers.
  Responsible for providing timely test solutions using up-to-date technologies at the
      lowest cost and improve department's profit
  Grow test customers base by providing cost effective test solution.
  Develop new test technology capabilities and provide test solutions to customers' new
      products requests.
  Establish and provide product specific testing methodology technical training to
      Engineers and Technicians.
  Plan and execute productivity and cost reduction programs timely for multi-sites test
      solutions and tester conversions (convert from one tester platform to
      more cost effective test platform).

Other than the requirements set out above, please note that all positions require candidates to have good communication and computer skills, be a team player, practice a participative management style and have exposure to a team-based continuous improvement culture.
