Technician (Process/MLP
Development/Final Test/CTC & Maintenance)
Vacancy : 20 positions
Key responsibilities:
 Perform major trouble shooting of FOL & EOL equipment and ensure
they are at optimum working condition.
Improvement activities eg. equipment upgrade, buy off of new equipments,
modification, qualification of machine parts and life span of machine parts
and its components.
Support equipment 5S in the production line.
Support the development group in establishing process capability
study/characterization, setting up, buy off and run Q/E or internal evaluation lots.
MSL improvement activities particularly at FOL Operations, especially at Die Attach.
Assist in establishing process capabilty and assess manufacturability of
DA operations for new packages.
Materials qualification and support customer qualification and engineering lots
assembly at DA.
Take on projects or tasks as needed by immediate superior.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering ,
Materials Science
or its equivalant.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a semiconductor enviroment is required.
20 Full-Time positions available (Process/MLP Development/Final Test/CTC
& Maintenance.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
Posses initiative, a good team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
