Senior Engineering Manager
This position reports to the Operations/Geberal Manager
You will be responsible for managing all engineering activities and to direct,
lead a multi-skills team to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities:
 Lead, direct a team of multi-skilled employees in achieving continuous
improvement for yield, cycle time, cost, OEE and eliminate customers' complaint.
Manage and develop plans for subordinate technical and soft skills.
Lead the team in introducing new packages & processes.
Interface with customers on quality, yield improvement & qualifying engineering builds
and resolve issues on
product specification, material issues, process capability
etc.
Liaise with vendors on alternate supplies and equipment improvement.
Evaluate, recommend and buy off of new equipments.
Requirements:
Engineering Degree or equivalent with related working environment in a
semiconductor environment.
Minimum 8 years working experience of which 3 years in a managerial position.
Sound knowledge of semiconductor processes, engineering, SPC, DOE, Taguchi, FMEA.
Excellent planning, organizing skills in project management and technical report
writing skills.
