Production Shift Supervisors
Key responsibilities:
 Plan and coordinate activities of the floor in meeting safety, output
yield, quality targets and other equipment indicators.
Interact effectively with subordinates and internal groups on
processes, procedures and company's policy.
Actively involve in continuous improvement programs such as cycle
time improvement, cost reduction, downtime reduction and promotes
productivity programs.
Requirements:
Relevant degree, diploma or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience, preferably in the
electronics industry.
Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Other than the requirements set out above, please note that all positions require candidates to have good communication and computer skills, be a team player, practice a participative management style and have exposure to a team-based continuous improvement culture.
