Production Manager
This position reports to the Operations Manager.
Key responsibilities:
 Manage a team of multi-skilled employees in day-to-day production and
maintenance activities in a large manufacturing organization.
Develop and execute strategies to meet company's goals & objectives.
Continuously strive for quality and productivity improvements by adopting
best practices.
Develop and coach subordinates to be multi-skilled and to take on bigger
responsibilities.
Provide strong, decisive and technical leadership to steer the organization
to meet defined objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or its equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of related experience in manufacturing in an
electronics/semiconductor environment.
Good management and leadership skills.
Other than the requirements set out above, please note that all positions require candidates to have good communication and computer skills, be a team player, practice a participative management style and have exposure to a team-based continuous improvement culture.
