Production Control/Customer Service Assistants
Key responsibilities:
Production Control
 Prepare the necessary documents and reports for
timely shipment of
goods to customers.
Monitor and follow up of work in progress to ensure
timely delivery.
Participate actively in improvement projects.
Customer Service
Perform various administrative and / or project-related duties.
Prepare sales reports, invoices and billings.
Requirements:
Excellent PC skills in Microsoft (PowerPoint/Words/Excel).
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and work
on multiple assignments.
Good organization and prioritization skills.
Other than the requirements set out above, please note that all positions require candidates to have good communication and computer skills, be a team player, practice a participative management style and have exposure to a team-based continuous improvement culture.
