Final Test Engineers/Senior Engineer
Vacancy : 10 positions
Key responsibilities:
 Liaise with customers on new product development, special engineering
builds and customer's complaints.
Monitor and conduct yield and quality analysis and initiate improvement activities.
Provide test analysis to customers for new product development and
on machine capability studies.
Ensure Test processes and program verifications meet customers'
specifications requirement.
Resolve issues related to package marking, packing bar coding
and tape/reel operations.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree
in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), Mechanical Engineering or
its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar semiconductor assembly environment.
Possess in-depth knowledge in Test Operations is essential.
Good analytical and leadership skills..
