E&Q Section Head/Manager
Key responsibilities:
Lead the pre-assembly team on system automation projects.
Work closely with customers. Ensure relevant information
are obtained on customers'
requirement.
Improve on all incoming related issues on pre-assembly delays,
mask identification discrepancy, non-standardization of wafer maps
or the required information on BOM or process flow.
Able to gain the commitment from the Operation team in meeting
E&Q lots cycletime as part of the operational goals.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Management or it's equivalent.
Minimum 5 years related experience in a semiconductor environment.
Able to lead and manage a multi-skill team with minimum supervision.
Core soft skills include good communication, project management
and analytical skills.
Working knowledge on lean manufacturing or manufacturing processes
will be an added advantage.
Well versed in Microsoft window applications.
